XSEED picks up Fragile for stateside release

XSEED Games today announced plans to bring the Japanese Wii game Fragile to North America.

Subtitled Farewell Ruins of the Moon, the acclaimed role-playing game released in Japan earlier this year and was widely praised as one of the most beautiful Wii games to date.

Although no specific release date has been set, XSEED is aiming for a winter 2009 release.

Fragile was published in Japan by Namco Bandai. Despite the pleading of fans in North America, the company had no plans to bring the title stateside.

That’s where XSEED comes in.
