Nothing really great came out this week, Nintendo-wise, with the exception of Chick Chick Boom. Maybe it’s a good weekend to check out a movie. One word: Grindhouse. Actually, Planet Terror would make an excellent game.

Per the above, considering that Fire Emblem for ‘cube has dropped to $15, I don’t blame ya. [I saw it at that price at GameStop, along with Battalion Wars for $10...solid!]
I’ll be thoroughly enjoying Honeycomb-Beat on the DS until I see Grindhouse on Sunday night.
Word.

FRI (yesterday): had a great video game session with a friend who normally doesn’t play games over at my place.
We played for over 6 hours Wii (Wii Sports, Wii Play, NFS:Carbon), PS3 (he likes Motorstorm with Sixaxis motion sensor control a lot) and Xbox 360 (Gears).
We had a great time and I think he really likes video games a lot more with motion controls than with traditional pads.
SAT: Luckily two old friends are over Easter on vacation at home (they normally work in another country), and we’ll go to the movies. Afterwards I think the pool billiard bar will be a great place to hang out.
SUN: Hope the weather is fine for a little walking, afterwards I plan on relaxing with a good book.
