Here’s the time-traveling Japanese trailer for Professor Layton 3. Shared with you for no other reasons than the series rocks, the music is awesome, and I know there are a few Professor diehards out there in the audience. Feast away.

    While I love Professor Layton and the Curious Village, I am still waiting for Professor Layton 2 and 3 to be released in North America.
    Everywhere I ask, there has still been no mention on when 2 and 3 will be released here.

    Man I haven’t even played the game but I think I want a movie more than another sequel after seeing that.

    That looks amazing, I really can’t wait to play it.

    @peshue,

    Don’t worry. After this game, the trilogy is over, and Level-5 is working on an animated film.

    Some studio is already working on a live action movie as well.

    I seriously can’t wait for this game. I LOVE the first one. It’s the best game I’ve played all year. I can’t even put my finger on WHY I like it, exactly. It’s sjust all so charming and has this way of captivating you, and the animated scenes are a huge treat.
    And that this one has to do with time travel is even more awesome. I’m a total dork for just about anything involving time travel in the first place.

    And yeah, they announced an animated movie at the Level-5 conference last week, but no one seemed to have noticed it.

    . . . Still waiting for 2 . . . Damn that localization. Actually, I’m just waiting for news about 2. Release thee in the U.S. already!
