Think you are a Master at Tetris?
Well then I would like to see you make it to level 9

As everyone probably knows Alexey Pajitnov was the man who made Tetris. This game is made by someone else and is simulating the fact that you are the tetris block. Spinning moves the entire world around you, which can be disorienting, and also invert the controls.
It’s a pretty hard, yet an interesting game, I wanna see if any readers can make it to level 9. If you do, take a screen shot and send it in to tips and I will give you a shout out on the next episode of Infendo Radio.

Eh, you can’t pronounce my name. Let me embarrass you!

I could back in the day, but I’m not sure that I could do it anymore. I’ll have to see if I can do it again. Does emulators count? I’ve not owned a working NES in years

ahh – I completely missed the point of this until now
I’ll have to try it when I have time tomorrow. I got dizzy playing it for 30 seconds.

Level 9 wouldn’t be problem…getting out my dusty old console will. I remember level 11 once (it was the snes version, does that differ?)

You wouldn’t believe this, but my mom can do it. I don’t know how she does it.

I only got to level 4 in the one time I tried while camping, but it was the second highest on the machine…

Gah, I could only make it to level 5 in this version… I’ve always been notoriously bad at Tetris, and this does NOT help. I did, however, pass this along to some of my more Tetris-oriented friends. Good find, guys!

Well, I’ve accomplished that feat before, but I’m afraid I no longer have access to a NES. I don’t suppose Tetris Classic (an old DOS game, but made by Alexey Pajitnov all the same) would qualify, would it?

You would have to do it on this flash version guys, that’s the challenge.

Ooops. I didn’t even notice the link. I didn’t quite read it the whole way through, and thought that it was just the camera on it’s side. Well then, time to get working!

Hmm…it’s not the perspective change that gets to me, it’s the fact that this version is much harder because of the delay that occurs when you switch a block around. Now, if it was an instant screen turning, then this wouldn’t be a problem, but as it is, it makes the game much more challenging. Good luck to everybody out there!

@ Will: Does the old GBC – Tetris DX count?

Dudes, this is hard as Hades. I gave up after like…ten lines or so.

@WII-LUIGI$
No, you have to play the harder flash version mentioned in the post.
