Today for Youtube Tuesday I have trailers for two popular games. The first one is Paperboy, in what appears to be a coming of age type design. The second is Mario Paint, a movie that seems to be about falling into madness and being lost in art. They’re somewhat disturbing so viewer discretion is advised.

G4 looks at new Harry Potter game: Fans Only

I weighed in with my some impressions on this title just after E3, and I can’t say I’m surprised by G4′s conclusion – I could see the potion making and Quiddich portions of the game becoming very repetitive, and even the awesome little dueling element could get tiresome with enough repetition.  Still, if you’re a big Harry Potter fan, you might want to give this one a go – G4′s review fails to mention the full size free roaming Rowling approved Hogwarts Castle.  As I said last month – this title seems to be better than most movie games – but not that much better. Die-hard fans, go nuts – curious onlooker? Keep walking.

E3 Hands on: Ju-on – The Grudge

Ju-on the Grudge, plays like an enhanced interactive movie. From the few minutes I had to play around with the game, I learned that the game puts you in control of one of four family members who are trapped under the curse. Just like in the movie in  Ju-on you follow the lives of family who are affected by a curse created by a murdered housewife in a house in Nerima. (more…)
