Two new 3DS games surface

Even though e3 is a few weeks away, news is starting to trickle out from developers of new games everyday. Today two such games were revealed, and it looks like 3DS’s everywhere have a few games to look forward to on the horizon.

Majesco Entertainment has revealed that Cooking Mama 4: Kitchen Magic and Camping Mama: Outdoor Adventures will be coming to Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo DS, respectively. No word yet on when we can expect these titles, but I would venture to guess that we will learn more at e3.

There is also rumored to be a Shinobi title in the works via the personal blog of Griptonite Games environmental artist Branden Brushett. The only details of the game known, however, is that a Shinobi title for Nintendo 3DS is in existence and that Branden Brushett helped create it’s levels.

Do any of these titles make you and your 3DS happy?

Cooking Mama to PETA: World Kitchen features Vegetarian Dishes!

In case you missed it, PETA kicked off it’s annual anti-turkey-day festivities by introducing a new chapter in the Cooking Mama Franchise – Cooking Mama: Mama Kills Animals! The vaguely disgusting (and surprisingly entertaining) parody game rendered a quick response from Mama’s home kitchen:

Mama wants people to know that World Kitchen includes 51 recipes from around the world, ranging from vegetarian fare like miso soup and rice cakes to international delicacies like ginger pork and octopus dumplings.

“I would never put rat in my Ratatouille,” said a feisty Mama while beating some eggs. “Like any accomplished cook, I create my recipes to appeal to a broad range of tastes and preferences. My only goal is to ensure you leave the table well fed.”

Cooking Mama: World Kitchen features new styles of gameplay, minigames, and ultra-cute 3D graphics.  Hit the jump for screenshots and the full press release.
