Gamefront, a German news site, has an interesting block of text up regarding EA’s Need for Speed Carbon. If the blurb is true, then Europe could be getting their hands on Nintendo’s new console by November 9. I hope it’s true, because right about now I feel like I’m watching a neverending tennis match as the date bounces back and forth between the first two weeks of November and then back to late October again.
The *roughly* translated text via Babelfish: “Electronics kind changed the date of 09.11.06 on autumn in a revised feature list 2006. Exactly the same change took place already recently in other European lists of I/O. Apparent is correct the 09.11.06 (and thus perhaps even the introduction on the market of the Wii), however may the date probably not yet officially be called, so that I/O indicates it for the time being only as autumn 2006.”
More rampant speculation and rumor…at least this time it’s in another language.
