Nintendo Spotting: Candy-filled blurry mushroom edition

Snapped this a while back at an Urban Outfitters here in Beantown. If Nintendo ever does fail, somehow, some way, at least they’ll have the kitsch candy-filled licensing market to fall back on.

I have two of these, a red one and a green one, on top of my television. I thought the blue one wasn’t any good, there is no blue mushroom in Mario canon is there? Blue shell, sure but no blue mushroom to my knowledge.

Yes there is - a Blue Mushroom is a Mini Mushroom, found in the New Super Mario Bros. game on the DS.

I have a red one by my TV. I got it from Toys R Us. I will never eat the candy because a certain country likes to put lead in all the products they sell us. (but that’s for another forum I guess)

I bought it just for the tin. The sour candy that comes with it is disgusting. Yay mini 1up mushroom!
