Listened as always on my ride in from work. Great job again guys!

Don’t take what a few whiney people have to say regarding your “New Game Get” segment to seriously guys. I loved the spoof on the subtitles and the relaxed nature of your podcast is what makes it great. Hell 90% of the games released I don’t know about either.

Apoona (spelling?) from what I had read really didn’t get that great of a feedback anyhow, but I know people were expecting a lot from it. Don’t ask me why, but to each their own.

I figured if you gathered some negative feedback because of that segment, I would give some positive. I liked it. Don’t change it.

I do resent the Pokémon hatred that was thrown around…

Well, not really, but I do think that Pokémon Ranch download is being misunderstood: it is NOT a game, but a screensaver!

    thats one expensive screensaver.

    What was that outro song????

    Excellent. Thanks Kyle.

I wonder if Blake heard any Metroid music at Video Games Live. Metroid music has been largely ignored at VGL and has only been played at a few times.

See, thing about my DS Lite is that I can slip it in my pocket (no case for me either) with a game in the DS slot, but not the GBA slot. That’s why my SP is so invaluable to me, even after I dropped it in the toilet!

  9. Blake says...

    No Metroid at VGL, sadly.

    did it still work rob?

  11. Rob Dalton says...

Yes! I was kind of hoping to hear Blake tell the story - I assumed Scott had a similar story! - but after I fished it out and dried it off, it still worked, even with what I assumed was water damage on the screen. A week later the water was gone, and it’s been playing and charging just fine ever since.
