Sure, it’s five bucks a pop every time you want to go to a game and use it, but at Fenway Park they charge me $7 for a dixie cup full of beer. It’s a baseball game — you go in expecting to get hosed!

I would pay for it… occasionally.

I would pay for it if it let me play Ken Griffey Jr Presents Major League Baseball.
…perhaps that wouldn’t fly in Seattle anymore.

Baseball’s boring to me, so maybe if I was dragged to a baseball game, I normally wouldn’t care to get it. But then again, I might get it out of pure boredom.
The big N will temporarily ca$h in decently on this, as it’ll get Mariner fans, techies that wanna check it out, and bored people. Eventually the novelty will wear off, then they’ll just get the fans and less techies.

I don’t like baseball games, even if they have Wi Fi or 16 LAN Multiplayer..

The tax for Red Sox tickets costs more than this thing .. I’d totally do it! (Especially at tonight’s game against the White Sox, which I shall be attending!)

Nintendo owns the Mariners, so it kind of makes sense for them to do something like this…
I work down the street from Safeco Field, maybe I’ll sit in on a Mariner’s home game to check this out.
That is, if I can overcome the desire to punch most sports fans in the goddamn nose.

I LOVE this idea, because like most baseball fans, I’m a stat-phile, and I would love to have that kind of information at my fingertips.
Someone on the Podcast said they thought it let you see the TV broadcast, too. Does anyone know if that’s true? That seems like a bit much for the DS.
