Damaged Game Boy survives war
Flickr user oceanpark claims the above Game Boy was damaged in the Gulf War and still plays Tetris. Amazing.

[Update: Whoops! Someone tell Blake there is this cool company that makes elf-like and plumber games that are really fun. I guess you can't know everything about Nintendo, although I've been to Nintendo World Store and lived online for the past 10 years, this one must have slipped through the cracks.]

You mean that the Gulf War never happened, or that the GameBoy didn’t really go to that war?

The screen and select/start (rubber) buttons look intact. No scratch. No sign of burn or whatever. That is amazingly unbelievable.

hahaaha…. I meant that gameboy surviving the war, and melting everywhere yet the screen looks great for a beatup system like that, not forgetting the red led isn’t blocked by melted plastic also.

The war did exist. Wasn’t it for saving the world from Saddam Hussein and his assasins? I remember he was defeated by Lloyd Bridges in a light saber duel & Charlie Seen dropped a bomb blowing him up in the end!
