Hmm. Would I rather have the Black Plague or more mini-game schlock on my Wii?
Looks like “neither” isn’t an acceptable answer to that question, and I actually might have to deal with both, as Vir2L Studios (who?) announced today that Medieval Games for the Wii is coming soon.
If Link’s Crossbow Training wasn’t enough to satiate your appetite for all things medieval and crossbow-y, this might be what you’re looking for. But probably not. Presser below. Be forewarned, however; there are no surprises there.

Wasn’t it on an old episode of Infendo Radio that someone (I forget who) mentioned that they went to a Renaissance Fair and wanted to see a Wii game built around that theme?
Be careful what you wish for.

Guess they cashed in my free advice on Infendo Radio 119 or 120.

If they made this a Monty Python type of Medieval Game, then it might be worth looking into:
Dismember the Black Knight limb by limb
Attack a killer Bunny Rabbit with a holy hand-grenade
Run-away from dangers
Attack a castle with your sword
Build and use a Trojan rabbit.

Monty Python is too over-quoted/referenced. That would not help.

YAWN…BOORRRRRINNNNNGGGG!
If this was Capcom or SquareEnix doing this; I would be upset; but it’s Vir2L; a publisher I barely hear about. I wouldn’t give these guys a post for anything. I would just add the game to my list and move on.

I don’t care, it’s just another Wii game I’ll totally ignore.
