This is a brilliant demonstration. I wish the Wii was around when I was finishing my CS degree - the potential for creating cool hobby projects using a Wii remote is huge, and stuff like this could probably be used as a fun thesis project.

You could combine some of this. Think of microsofts table pc thing, then combine this guys software, some frosted glass and the reflective finger idea. You could build a table PC for cheap.
I like the guys $14 steadycam as well. Smart guy.

Nintendo should make a Power Point reader for Wii. People can use it for their presentations while using the Wii remote as a pointer and be able to make changes, draw lines etc. during the presentation.

And while they are it, they should present Bill Gates with a katana so he can finish the job by slicing his own guts japanse-style.

You guys know what this mean for DS-gamin on your telly? Yeah, that’s right. You can use his ideas to play DS-games on your telly with a whiteboard on your lap and the topscreen would represent the telly. Gosh, I hope someone smart enough can make my idea work.
