IGN calls Medal of Honor Heroes 2 ‘impressive’

225_256px-medal_of_honor_heroes_2_wii.jpgFrom the 8.4/10 review:

I think it speaks volumes that, for as reluctant as I am to buy another wartime shooter, I really enjoy playing Heroes 2 in spite of its setting. The controls do that much for me. If you thought Metroid Prime 3 got it right, wait until you get your hands on this one.

You had me at four added decimal points. Kidding — add another one to the list.

I hope more games follow the lead and have tons of controller options available. Being able to adjust the dead zone for the pointer and accelerometers would be extremely nice in most games.

Speaking of IGN reviews, have you guys read their review of Galaxy? I’m getting all giggly and teary-eyed for a Mario game……it’s been a long LONG time…..

This will be my first online shooter experience on a console so I’m really excited about it. I just keep coming back to the same question though: How the hell can these controls pawn MP3? A 180degree turn command would’ve been cool, but what else can they do? Guess I’ll just have to see for myself.

    Wow.
This game is sounding better and better all the time.
if the Multiplayer is reasonably lag free, it is a must buy with those Metroid Prime 3 beating controls!

Looks great, but buy it used.

    EA, evil, etc.

Looks like EA is making up for horrid games like Boogie.

Why buy it used? Reward EA for making a good game and avoid the crap like Boogie. Maybe they will get the message.
