I can’t understand Japanese but it seems pretty simple, just click on the new button and choose the person to send it to. I wonder when this’ll make it out in Europe, no doubt after Christmas. Thus after the time period in which I’d actually think about using it…

Also heard that if you try to send a VC game to someone, an error might pop up if they already have the game. Best feature for that system.

Why not just give a Wii points card? The they could use it for whatever game they choose.
