Wii Sports Club announced for Wii U

Today during a Wii Fit U Direct, Satoru Iwata announced a new Wii Sports game is heading its way to the Wii U. Wii Sports Club so far is an eShop exclusive and takes the five sports from the original Wii launch title, brings them into HD, Wii MotionPlus controls and also add online multiplayer for the first time.

Only two of the five sports (Tennis and bowling) will make it in time for the games launch on the eShop. The download is free and you can either purchase a 24 hour day pass for $3.00 / £1.79 or purchase the sports separately for $10.00 / £8.99 the initial download will include a 24 hours pass to get you going.
