Back in September, I started doing a web comic. As a shameless personal plug, I want everyone to check this sucka out! In celebration of the release of New Super Mario Bros. Wii, I am starting a new arc in which the heroes get sucked into the game and go toe-to-toe with Bowser himself!
This weird website displays “Good morning, Crono!” and then transfers you back to the main Chrono Trigger website. What a weird nostalgic way to do some viral marketing.

“Nintendo is working on a major overhaul to Nintendo.com to support the continued success of Nintendo DS and Wii,” reads a statement from Nintendo.com. “As we prepare for this huge site update, Nintendo must unfortunately close the Nintendo NSider Forums message boards indefinitely beginning Sept. 17, 2007.”
For the time being, the four-year old forums will be read-only for the next week before who knows what will become of their monstrous amount of user-generated content.
A site update is much overdue in my eyes; being the web geek that I am, I can’t wait to see what Nintendo developers come up with.
