Sakurai announces new company and project with Nintendo

Sakurai announces new company and project with Nintendo
Pin It

Super Smash Brothers creator Masahiro Sakurai anounced today a new game development company entitled Project Sora. Nintendo owns a majority of 72% in Sakurai’s new company and has already confirmed a sercret title currently in development. When asked about the new title Sakurai simply stated…

“It’s not Smash Bros. I asked for…I can promise an experience that’s different from anything up until now.”

Try not to get the new company name confused with Sakurai’s other development studio labeled Sora ltd.

Nintendo’s finally starting to use some of that folding money that’s been rolling in for the past 2 years.

What could this new title be? It’s anybody’s guess.

A Dojo Update! World Records?

A Dojo Update! World Records?

The first new update on the Smash Bros. Dojo website in a very long time, and it has to do with “Target Smash” and “Home Run Contest” world records. If you want to break a world record in either of the modes? Apparently all you have to do is beat one of the times or distances and then send it in via WiFi and it will be added to the list. I would like to have one of these world records, but who knows maybe one of you Infendoites actually set one of these.

Aussie Brawl date confirmed

ausssmash225.jpgI know this little piece of news will satisfy many of our patient readers down under. Super Smash Brothers Brawl has been officially set to launch in Australia on June 26. This release comes one day before Europe gets their copies of Nintendo’s AAA title. It’s been long slew of delays, but all major regions have, or will have Brawl before the end of the summer. I just hope online play in Australia and Europe turns out for the best.

Do you not have Brawl yet?
