Infendo needs your 1ups: Donate today!

Saturday, February 12th, 2011 at 8:01am by Dan

Hey, everyone. Derek and I decided we should start a fund raiser, donation drive, and really big tip jar to help publicize and support Infendo/Radio. So if you like what we do as a site or podcast, please get clicky with the below link and donate what you can ($5, $10, $25, whatever).

So you know, donations will be used to help cover web and podcast hosting, keep annoying adds off the podcast, support our volunteer staff, and help fund an upcoming advertising campaign to get the word out. Everyone who donates gets a gold star! Plus, its better than paying $20 for a subscription to Nintendo Power.

Update: Vidya Marathon – Is Over.

Thursday, March 5th, 2009 at 11:55pm by Will Thompson

Some of our Infendo Forums users, Shinoji and Abysmal, as well as their friends, have dedicated their spring break to raising money for Penny Arcade charity, Child’s Play. Even though their marathon is now over and did not manage to meet their goal of 1,000 dollars. They did manage to raise 435.44 dollars, which was just short of half their goal. Even though they are not playing any games anymore they are accepting donations until March 15th. So if any kind soul out there wants to help them make it to the halfway point, they will gladly accept it.

You can visit their website at Mogulus or hit the jump below to find out what games they played and how to donate. (more…)

Help keep Infendo Radio afloat by donating cash

Welcome to Infendo Radio’s first annual donation drive (because the show doesn’t have any sponsors)! In an effort to subsidize our podcast costs, reach episode 200+, and compensate (more like financial encourage) the deft production work of Scott Johnson, Kyle Crane, David Cole and my soothing verboseness, generous podcast listeners are asked to…

DONATE NOW!

We’re hoping to raise $1 million dollars by week’s end, or whatever we can get (wink, wink). Skeptics are encouraged to read how the money is used and to think of the drive as PBS-like fundraising and/or a really big tip jar (but not like those Nigerian email scams). Thanks, everyone!

[Many thanks to Dustin Rue, Infendo's first generous donor!]
