Rumor: Wii Mini Scheduled For Launch

I know we don’t like rumors around here, but found this interesting.  NintendoWorldReport has revealed that an unnamed major retailer released an internal memo in regards to a Wii Mini Console:

Introducing the Wii Mini! Coming Dec 7 2012!

Compact Nintendo Wii Console
Comes with Sensor Bar, Nunchuk and Wii Remote Plus with Jacket.

The Wii u has seen a couple redesigns, From white to black to the European Family Edition (No Game Cube ports).  So, it is not surprising to see another smaller design after the Wii U launch.  Will the space saving Wii Mini make it into your console collections?
