Mother 3 music soothes the soul

Any Mother 3 fans out there? Word on the street there are plenty, as well as plenty of angst about the fat that this game has not been localized for the North American audience. Sacrilege, some say, if they know what the word sacrilege means. If not, they probably say poopsky.
Today however, in what could be seen as both throwing fans a bone and rubbing salt in their wounds at the same exact time, Nintendo has released the entire Mother 3 soundtrack on iTunes.
Joystiq puts it best, saying “Regardless of our bitter feelings, thank you, Nintendo. We don’t mean to be demanding, but how about some graphics, a storyline, dialogue, and gameplay to go along with the music?” Indeed, Nintendo. Indeed.

Maybe Nintendo is testing the waters for Mother 3, to see based on the downloads if there is enough of an audience here to merit a launch?
Get your downloading going, people!

I’m not so sure about that. If thousands upon thousands of names aren’t going to convince them I don’t see why these two albums would.

“as well as plenty of angst about the fat that this game”
Shouldn’t that be “as well as plenty of angst about the fact that this game”?
