Hate blue? Like red? Nope, I’m not talking about Halo, I’m talking about your slot. Your Wii disc drive slot, you dirty birds.

For $7.95, Talismoon’s Wii Gate kit allows you to change the notification light on your Wii disc drive, replacing the blue glow with either red or green LEDs and surely seconds or even minutes of fun. Oh, and apparently your warranty remains intact too, although breaking Wii’s hasn’t been a real issue.

Having your slot actually light up for once because you have a memo from a friend… well, that’s a different story.
