James Kochalka Superstar provides us with a rap track about the unique way that white people would rap in commercials back in the 80′s. It was directly inspired by the old Zelda television ad which you can stare at in horror right here. While Kochalka admits it was hard to top the lyrics of the original ad, he still manages some pretty “dope” rhymes about Zelda:
Well, The Legend of Zelda
It is the best.
Those Moblins put you
To the test.
Get the song here.
[UPDATED with original art. Thanks, James!]

Why are you posting something as old as the dinosaurs. I think everyone and there mother has seen and heard about this by now.
James Kochalka Superstar just made a new song, titled Old Skool White Rap, that was inspired by the old Zelda rap ad. I guess you didn’t follow the links?

Song sucks IMO.
I beg to differ, anon #1. Some people, like baseball player Carl Everett, do not believe dinosaurs existed, and that the bones were merely the devil’s way of tricking us. Complete batt**** crazyness, but it goes to show that some people haven’t heard of dinos or seen one, so by association some people, like me, have never heard this rap.
Sweet.
My AIM profile has absorbed the commercial, a link to it, lyrics and a cool word to boot. It’s sad, I know all the lyrics to it (even the talking) without looking. But then again, I seem to memorize stuff reeeealy easily, except for school stuff.
I didn’t listen to the person’s fan song because I watched the commercial, and I really cant take any more embarrassment. Seriously, I feel embarrased for the poor kids in that commercial.
What was Nintendo thinking?
Just check out the song! You don’t have to be embarrassed for me, I’m an internationally known artist and musician with a pretty strong cult following. So, I can take my lumps if you don’t like it.
