I live in DC, and I keep seeing more and more people playing the DS in the Metro. The very funny thing is that I RARELY see people playing the DS under the age of 25, seriously… I keep seeing mothers playing the DS in the Metro, it’s so cute…

I see a lot more DS Phats than I do DS Lites when I encounter people playing them.

I know it always cheers me up with I see someone playing a DS out of nowhere.
I still don’t have a DS Lite, though… just got my ol’ Mario Kart DS edition, and as long as new Wii stuff keeps coming out, I don’t know that I’ll be able to afford to upgrade.

I saw a girl playing pokemon at a concert last week.

I saw 2 kids sitting in the bleachers in fromt of me playing GBAs at a Demolition Derby Saturday night.

I’m not super-familiar with DS Phat (only owning a lite, myself), but that looks more like a GPA SP to me.

Its a Phat. Its just the angle that the kid was holding it and I didn’t want to creep his mom out by saying, “do you mind if I take a picture of your boy and post it on the internet?”
