I’ve got my copy of Strawberry Shortcake: The Four Seasons Cake reserved so that’ll be a definite pick up. Other than that Galaxies.

Mario Galaxy TODAY. Just called Toys R Us and the rumors are confirmed. They have the $25 gift card + silver coin with Mario Galaxy. Amazing deal for a must-buy.
Last week i called – they said they thought it was an internet fake, today they said it’s real. Picking it up in a couple hours. leaving work early.

SMG! Does anyone know specifically if EBGames/GameStop are selling today or tomorrow?
They guy told me the 13th is when they would have it in store, but Brandon’s comment makes me wonder…

“Another huge list of games, as the holiday season draws near.”
Who would have thought 2 years ago that anyone would use this sentence to describe a Nintendo console again? Things are really starting to pick up steam for the little white box.

I picked up SMG last night/this morning at the midnight launch. Fun game! They gave out the coin and a free T-shirt with it. I’m wearing it now at my job.
As if that weren’t enough, Contra 4, Ultimate MK, Medal of Honor 2, Geometry Wars, and Resident Evil make it an overwhelming week!
Screw it, I’m waiting for Black Friday before I buy more games.

I don’t need any of these, I’m too busy playing the Check Mii Out Channel.
Really though, I just did the want list from this week and last week and I already need to take out a second mortgage. That’s not to mention what is coming out the next couple of weeks. SMG, Rayman, RE: UC, Geometry Wars and MOH2 are on the top of my list.

Damn, i forgot about Medal of Honor, there goes another 50 bucks.

D: I want BUNNIES! I want Raving Rabbids!!! Already spent too much money on Wii games. T_T

I would like to own the following: Super Mario Galaxy, Medal Of Honor Heroes 2, Rayman Raving Rabbids 2, Geometry Wars, Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, Tomb Raider: Anniversary, but it doesn’t make sense to buy them all right away. I’m still playing Zack and Wiki. So for now I’ll get Mario Galaxy and hold off on the rest. 24 hours in a day just isn’t enough.

Toys r us is not selling today. I was told when I pre ordered that I could pick it up today, and when I got to the store the fat lady said: we dont even have it in the store yet, after 5 p.m. tommorow. Needless to say Im not very happy. When Im told false info these stores lose me as a customer. Doubt they will even have any $25 gift cards left either since they are “limited guantity”

I pre-ordered a copy at a gamestop and when i went to pick it up they told me they were not getting them in until the 20th.
I was so pissed gamestop sucks real bad.
Are you able to get the money back from a pre-ordered game because I am about to find it somewhere else.
November 12th, 2007 at 3:59 pm
Andy: Interesting you should ask about getting money back from a pre-order because MythBusters just revealed a bunch of info on video game retail. Despite what some employees might say, YES, you can get money back on ANY preorder – by LAW! So if you’d like, get your $5 or $10 bucks back and get yourself SMG sooner than you would from GameStop!

Oh, man, I didn’t even realize Rabbids was this week, too… I’m so out of money.

No Marioooo in Chicagoooo until tomorrooooo! I stopped at Gamestop, texted my friend a Best Buy and called Toys R Us. If anyone knows anything I don’t, comment! I’m way to excited for this game.

I feel really bad about Geometry Wars. I didn’t know it was coming out this week, and I can’t afford to get both it and Super Mario Galaxy, which I already preordered. I have a feeling it’s gonna get lost in the shuffle, and I want to see more games in this retro-psychedelic hyperactive vector style again. Before Donkey Kong, that stuff was basically all I played….
November 13th, 2007 at 1:47 pm
Relax… stores usually get the games on the day following the release date. (That’s the 13th for Super Mario Galaxy.)
Xbox 360 = Halo 3 machine
Wii = Super Mario Galaxy machine
DS = Etrian Odyssey machine
At least, that’s how I see it right now…
