  1. bOB says:

Some Kirby action maybe? I’m almost tempted to drive down to the Memphis location and check it out

  2. Fuzz says:

    I’m gonna go with a new Kirby game . . .

  3. Lance says:

It has to be a Kirby game they plan on unvieling, maybe a full 3D Kirby adventure on the Wii. Plus it would make sense because the four locations listed are named ‘Kirby’. So it would make sense, but it could also be because Kirby Super Star Ultra is releasing soon.

  4. Wii Wii says:

“that citizens from all walks of life will appreciate.”

That pretty much lost my interest.

Even if it is a new Kirby game, it will ” appeal to the masses”

Still, it is kind of mysterious, and i will be waiting to see !

  5. Albo says:

    Super Kirby Galaxy? I’m in!

  6. RPGeno says:

    Subtle, Nintendo… Xp

  7. Tadashi says:

Since they also say within in an one-mile radius, they will probably set up a kirby balloon.

  8. Joltman says:

It is kind of sad there’s no Kirby school here in Redmond, Washington.
    :(

  9. Mark says:

@Wii Wii: Kirby has always been marketed as a casual game ever since its creation. I think its a bit premature to say that a new Wii Kirby game wouldn’t be worth looking forward to because it being marketed to everyone. Nintendo’s going to try and market it to the expanded audience regardless of whether its made for them or not. Heck, even Metroid Prime 3 was marketed to the expanded audience to a degree.

  10. tonedef says:

@Wii Wii, @Mark: Yeah, Kirby was specifically designed so that gamers of any age and skill level could complete it and enjoy it. I’ve read interviews with Sakurai about how Miyamoto tasked him with creating an alternative to Super Mario Bros. that was less for the hardcore crowd. You could say Kirby was Nintendo’s first foray into casual gaming!

I played Kirby’s Dream Land when I was 5, and am still playing Kirby games to this day, 17 years later.

We called a few of those places to ask and the people were just as vague. My girlfriend spoke with someone who said something about nintendo showing off a new logo for something… and something about the clouds. She’ll be covering the event for ALBOTAS.COM so you can check it out tomorrow.
