I'm very sympathetic to people who live in hurricane plagued areas and actually have some family members whose home were wiped out by Katrina, but these people more than likely won't even have the money to play these types of games, let alone be involved enough in the scene to hear about them. I say just release right away and let the news folks mislead people who don't care about something as trivial as a video game and instead are worrying about being ripped off by an insurance company or how they'll ever get their lives back together.
