New Super Mario Bros 2 has only been out in Japan since Saturday, and already it has sold a whopping 431,000 copies! That is some serious coinage for Nintendo in only a few days.
I still have mixed feelings about the game. It is due out on August 19th here in the US, b I don’t think I will rush out to purchase it on day one. Sure, I will get it eventually, and I am excited about the classic look of the game. I guess I still have reservations about the coin gathering aspect.
I have a feeling that when I do get it, I will fall in love with Mario again. Until then, I will probably be in hiding while I salivate over my copy of Dream Drop Distance that will be arriving in about two hours!
