Walmart has created pre-order pages on their website for three highly anticipated games.  New Mario 3D, Mario Kart U, and Zelda 2 (RPG) can all be added for Pre-order along with Super Smash Bros. Wii U.  Information on each is scarce, and seem to be place holders for upcoming announcements (maybe at E3?).

Does this enlighten us to what we might see at E3, or maybe the next Nintendo Direct?  Is anyone willing to place a pre-order for the games?

Below is the information that is available (note that no pictures are available yet)

Why the hell are the Mario and Zelda 100 bucks?

    Walmart, you trippin’ dog.

I have to believe that these are nothing more than placeholders, and the higher price is there so they do not undervalue the games. I am sure it will eb adjusted when an official announcement is made

  4. MikeIsaPoet says:

But what’s the point? Smash Bros has a normal price. If the console were not yet released and we didn’t know the price point of the games, I’d see this as okay. But Wii U games are always 60 dollars from Nintendo, so I guess to my untrained opinion, this is stupid. I’d totally preorder Mario Kart though if we get official word.

  5. Lord Lemmy says:

Well, Nintendo HAS already technically announced all of these games, saying we’ll have playable demos of Mario Kart U and the 3D Mario U. They also said Smash Bros. U will be actually revealed, as well. And lucky for me, I get to go to E3 this year!!

Awesome, finally some games to look forward to. I keep checking the site to see words like Nintendo Direct Wii U announced for a few datys or something like that. Antone else besides me find it od we hav enot eard a peep out of Nintendo or a nintendo driect for almost twomonths now? What is going on? Why are they so quite? Are they woried themselves abou tthe situation with Wii Uand they don’t know what to say or how to addres it? Iwata has alread yapologized for teh lack of games. We are alread y in mid April almost. C,mon Nintendo, get your butts in gear adn say somethings, The PS4 is ust around the corner. You have had a whole year to get things done. I have faith in you , but if ere you, I woudl be starting to be in a bit of a panic mode.

I will definately get Mario Kart U, and New Mario 3D, Mario Galaxy HD or whatever it will be. Looiing forward to seeing it revealed at E3. Can’t wait. You had better deliver , or I am selling me Wii U.
