Time elapsed until I uttered by first swear word while playing Mega Man 9 for the first time: 20 minutes. Now, don’t consider this an official review by any stretch of the imagination, but nonetheless my first impression of the new Rockman title is that it’s delivered the goods and them some. High difficulty, fun enemies, unlockable achievements (!), and some memorable (and forgettable) boss robots.

And as a side note, I was amazed to discover I had fun and was able to complete several levels without having to download the DLC. Strange. Expect more on Mega Man 9 from Infendo Radio later this week!
