Medal of Honor Heroes 2 keeps getting better

I’m almost done with Medal of Honor Heroes 2 (it’s a short game), but the further I get in, the more I like this cliched shooter with stellar controls. Weapon surprises abound throughout the game to keep things fresh, and the wealth of options such as the on rails shooter and fast-paced 32-person online multiplayer are much appreciated bonus. Even though enemy behavior is some of the most idiotic I’ve seen, it’s still a fun, moderately polished game worth your dime.

This game could have been good but the bad AI is REALLY bad. It totally turned me off.

I agree that the AI is not good, but I still enjoyed this game. It was really good to see a third-party publisher get the Wii controls so right. I also enjoyed some of the weapon effects like the bazooka and shotgun. Also, I’d love to see another Infendo game night with MOH2. Something a little later, like 5pm or 6pm Pacific.

Blake,
Are you playing this with the Zapper? I got a Zapper and this game last night, but have not played it other than a few minutes of arcade mode. (Link’s Crossbow Training stole the show last night!)

It’s really fun to play the Arcade Mode with the Zapper. I personally like the Nunchuk/Remote setting for the campaign and MP, as the controls are awesome and the gestures are really fun.
The AI isn’t the greatest in the world, but this game has so much packed into it with the arcade, campaign, and the 32-person MP that it’s a must buy. oh, and the awesome controls and Zapper support aren’t bad.
i think it’s on par with Metroid and better than Resident Evil and Ghost Squad

I still need to pick this up. Sometimes with idiotic AI (and certain bugs in general) it makes the game hilarious to play. Like Oblivion for example, trying to find all the crazy ways to accomplish things makes the game more fun for me because it is SO buggy.

seriously though, is the 4-player split screen anywhere in the game?! Is it an unlockable? It seems impossible that they misprinted THAT.

I still need to pick this game up.
I Never thoguht I would be looking forward to a Third party FPS….on the Wii.
Amazing turn of events.

I can’t stay connected to EA servers. I have yet to get into a game. Anyone else having problems?

The crazy lag on the EA servers is driving me nuts. How many times do I have to blast a guy with a shotgun to kill him. I’m still having fun mind you, I’m just saying it’s annoying.
