Awesome episode yet again, guys. Although it was much quieter without Blake, it was awesome all the same =P
*Now, about my pizza- how much for the second one?*

I agree with you about the Wii menu system consistency Blake. The color schemes, the button placement, and how things are scrolled on screen all vary way to much from channel to channel. Nintendo needs a course in GUI design.

they did the menu system on purpose that way, read the official developer blog
each channel was meant to have its own distinguishing look and feel, and after have have been using the various channels in the house alot, it hasnt even been mentioned because they all are still so intuitive, it doesnt matter that they are all different.
but to each his own. i am saying this before listening to the webcast so i may be misreading things going off shyguys remark, but thats the feeling in this house.

Regardless of what Nintendo developers were trying to do, I think standards are more important than channel cachet.

A good listen as always.
But i noticed something just now, and it relates to the podcast. Your Big blue button with Mario’s hat in it that links to the post cast still says “with Scott and Blake”. So, is Kyle going to have his name added to that anytime soon?
Just thought I’d bring that to your attention. Enjoy.

OH, THE IRONY!
Blake is out ther in SF testing out Halo 3, and he doesn’t even like Halo!!
Anyway, great show! Although we did miss Blake… the Poop on a Stick segment was GOLD, by the way! I can totally relate. The ants crawling up my legs are to me an indication that I have played on the throne far too long!
For once, I have to disagree with fesworks on the replayability issue with DS games: even if it is true that fesworks finds DS games not prone to be played again, I find that DS games right now include the games that pack in the most play value for their price! Just on RPGs, DS is the platform of choice for those type of games, and the online features in half the games definitely add to their replay value…

DOH! I need to update that album art to include kyle, no doubt!

Any idea on what tunes were played at the end of this episode?
Many Thanks!
