I think my 3DS came to life overnight

Finally, the first must-have Nintendo 3DS game has arrived! Ocarina of Time 3D is a remarkable game. The best part is that it seems to have given new life to everything else about my Nintendo 3DS system. I feel a lot more keen to open the thing up to do anything from taking more 3D photos to playing Face Raiders again.

Ocarina of Time 3D isn’t the only thing the 3DS has going for it right now: when you’re able to tear yourself away from this breathtaking adventure, check out the Nintendo eShop. A new Nintendo Power Editor’s Picks category has been added, among other things. Expect updates to the eShop to occur every Thursday.

Anyone else getting excited for what the 3DS has in store?

Absolutely, 🙂 Looking forward to Mario Kart 3DS, Star Fox 64 3D, Super Mario , and Kid Icarus, Uprising. Oh, yeah, there is this certain Killer App fighting game called Super Smash Bros. Perhaps you have heard of it? It is eventually coming to 3DS that they confirmed at E3. 🙂

I think mario Kart alone will sell tons of 3DS units for the Hilidays. With the eshop, the system feels like the full complete package in my hands that it should have been at launch. I am loving Ocarina of Time 3D and can’t wait to see what is next. 🙂 GO NINTENDO!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Yes I’m all over my 3DS again! And after E3 I’m glad I got it!

The eShop is abysmal in Australia. Ocarina is still not officially released even though most stores have stock. Terrible.

Great game, because i like too The Legend Of Zelda Ocarina of time in Nintendo 64

Holly, I totally agree that the Nintendo Power Editor’s Picks is a great category to check out. Although there’s been enough minor content coming (I love checking everyday for new Pokemon in Pokedex3D and now there are 4 U.S. Presidents in Nintendogs) to keep me interested, Zelda has definitely skyrocketed my 3DS’s role as a first-class game machine. At last! 🙂

I took a vacation from work this week. Great timing as I’ve been playing the hell out of ocarina. It’s about time my activity monitor displayed a 3DS game as the most played game as opposed to a DS game. That said, ive also been playing Links Awakening and Cave Story but honestly once I’m done with these games there’s really nothing to look forward to over the summer. Mercenaries looks cool, but seems more like a tease than a full game. Cave story 3d is delayed and the only decent title coming out between now and the holidays is another remake. I’m excited but am pretty disappointed that the next 3DS dry spell is going to be even longer than the first. I’m kinda pissed that Nintendo dropped the ball on this. The eShop is pretty pitiful in my opinion. There are tons of games they could release for game boy and 3d classics but they would rather trickle them out so as not to cannibalize sales rather than release a whole bunch at once and please their fans. But once kid Icarus, Mario 3d and Mario kart come out I’m sure they’ll redeem themselves. Sort of a pity that we have to wait so long.

I played my friend’s copy for a few minutes and man the 3D just pops out at you, love it. I was on the fence about getting it, no more, I am going to go buy it.
