Harry Potter Wii graphics do not disappoint

What can I say? This thing looks really good. Best looking game on Wii perhaps? Call it EA redemption for the slew of poopsky looking games to date. And though not identicle to the more powerful 360 and PS3, I’d argue the above lessens the gap. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix hits Wii on June 25. [via Definitive Speculation]

I saw a gameplay demo of this game the other day. It looks to be made rather well.

Capcom RE:UC is looking sweet but to bad you cant roam around.
Now I see Harry Potter is being pimped out as the song in the background plays along and to be an actual gameplay footage the frame rate looks smooth.. and remember this a multiplatform game so if a developer makes or builds a game from the ground up exclusive for the Wii, the Wii is capable of doing that and better.

See when the devs get there butt off that couch they are able to make pretty looking games.. and I expect they will do better for the second wave of games .

All earlier Potter games have been disappointing to me, but this one.. Oh mama! I just hope the Wii version does have good graphics. I just gotta see Minerva up close! lol!

The surroundings look hot, but the character models are pretty standard. Wand motions look cool though.

I saw this game in motion at a demo kiosk a few weeks ago. I was shocked at how good it looks…and not “good” in the “decent” sense of the word. But really, really good. It is great to see that developers are starting to push the Wii’s horsepower a little more.

As for the game itself…meh. But at least is LOOKS fantastic.
