The Infendo Forum Rules:
Warnings:
Everyone is supplied with one warning when they break a Major rule. You will receive notification of your warning through email. After that warning the next time you break a rule an Admin or a Moderator will procede with Disciplinary Action.
Disciplinary Action:
Here at the Forums we have what is called "The Three Intances of Disciplinary Action," which in layman's terms could be described as three strikes. Three strikes and you're out of the forums.
An Adminstrator or a Moderator will notifiy you through email if you break a Major rule (or several ) and link you to these rules. For each strike, you will recieve a punishment.
Strike 1.) An Admin or Mod will "Play" with your settings. They will either mess around with your signature, or your Title. You can edit them back, though. It's mostly just to annoy you. Your settings will only be "Played" with once. So you don't have to worry about being constantly bothered.
Strike 2.) Your post count will be set to 0. Possibly permanently.
Strike 3.) That's it Mister. You get banned. The administrator will email you about your banning and if you can convince the admin that you will stay on your best behavior, he might unban you.
Pardon:
An admin can Pardon you from Disciplinary action. Never beg to the admin for a pardon. The admin is pretty forgiving and lenient, so you may get one. Then again, you may not.
Major Rules:
1.) Do not link to any illegal material
That includes ROMs, movies, ISOs, music, or just anything of that nature. We can't link you to it, and you can't link us to it. But we can link you to google. (http://www.google.com)
2.) Do not post any inappropriate images
This includes porn of any kind, or any image that could be considered inappropriate. Use common sense when posting images.
3.) No Trolling
No fake posting, flaming, or harrasing other members. You can poke fun at them, but again, use common sense.
4.)Keep your content at about PG-13
Do not try to evade the swear filter. PG-13 movies have occasional swearing, but not much, which is why there is a filter. Don't be racially discriminating. Sexual innuendo is permitted, but don't overdo it. I've said it twice, and I'll say it again, common sense.
Mini Rules:
Use Good Grammar.
You won't get punished, but it is frowned upon.
Double Posting
If you do this by mistake, delete it, please.
Respect Each Other
That includes the Noobs. You were new, too at one point or another.
Kindness, Honor, Valor, Virtues, and Civillity
The forums were built with a smile, so let's use them with a smile. Just be a nice guy. You won't get punished for being mad; that would be stupid. But, don't take your anger out on other members.
