I suspect they are counting "players" rather loosely in this study, and that many of them are not into it enough to be using channels like Everybody Votes; they are only joining in for party games initiated by the more frequent Wii player in the household. Nevertheless, even 20-25% is pretty amazing, and probably higher than any system in a long while.
