Oh God . If I DONT laugh, I will have to cry….

But hey! Hey! The Wii is NOT just a Kiddy toy and a casual gamers toy!
-Watches as more dust falls on his poor little Wii…-

I guess I should try to get my girlfriend to try the “wear two belts instead of underwear” method, like the chick in the pic there. Seems interesting.

I remember playing the old spy fox in dry cereal for PC.

As a parent, I’m glad to see the Wii offering some titles for younger kids, even though my kids are too old for any of these titles (although they did play a lot of Freddie Fish on my computer some years ago).
The biggest kid’s game that I’m waiting for right now for the Wii is the Build-a-Bear game. My daughter is nuts over Build-a-bears, and she will probably love that game.
Don’t forget what Nintendo’s philosophy is with the Wii - to reach out to as many people as possible. Sure, these aren’t hard core games, but they are games that a lot of kids will want to have. I don’t see young kids playing too many 360 or PS3 games, so where are they going to play - either on a PC or the Wii - more money for Nintendo.
You might not like the games, but you can’t deny the success that the big N is having.

From the Abyss looks good, has anyone else watched the vid from gametrailers linked in the above post?

Well if the From the Abyss game is as good as the box art, it might we worth checking out. Dang.

gametaku: I watched it as well. it looks vaguely reminiscent of Secret of Mana to me, in a good way. I think i’ll pause for some review scores to come in first, though.

  8. InvisibleMan says...

Too many games already… I just can’t get through one single complete game in under a month anymore! A break from must-have releases is welcome.

I bought From the Abyss last week. It’s a fun, if shallow, dungeon crawler. It reminds me of the Shining Soul series on the GBA, and that’s a good thing.
