Despite full schedule, Link easily distracted

Only a Zelda game can make doing menial chores for total strangers fun. These are some of my favorite side quests. What are yours? Or aren’t you a fan of Link’s distractions?

Speaking of zelda, I was in gamestop yesterday and they had the 2010 schedule for big title releases. As I went through the list, in November both conduit 2 and Legend of Zelda are scheduled to come out. I asked the employee if these games have been puclically announced for their date and he said yes. However, is it me or has a date for zelda and conduit 2 not been announced yet? Maybe because they work there they get information earlier?

I love sidequests, but I hated the Magic Armor thing, so disappointing.

Austin – No, the games haven’t been officially dated. At Gamestop we’re given heads-up about announcements of games and the estimated industry date, but oftentimes that is simply a placeholder so we’re able to sell pre-orders to folks that would like to reserve the game.

As a matter of fact we are selling pre-orders for Diablo 3, and there’s no mention whatsoever of a release date for it this year. It’s actually handy, I like the ability to pay for a game, then just pick it up the moment its ready.

I liked running around in TP for the golden bugs. Best thing i like about zelda is just running around exploring the enviroment. I also checked every island in windwaker when i found out every square on the map had an island to see

Well, you don’t HAVE to do the side quests. They’re just that: side quests, extras that can increase your total game time but aren’t needed to finish the game itself.

I like all the side quests EXCEPT the “Cave Of Ordeals” in TP. I still haven’t gotten all the way through it… sigh.
