Top 5 TurboGrafx games by MSNBC. Too bad Legendary Axe isn’t available on virtual console yet. Whatever you do, stay away from Neutopia 1/2. That game is a stinker (you’re much better of with Zelda).

I downloaded a few turbo games and all of em were stinkers :-( best game i downloaded was splatterhouse and that game controlled and animated clunky. Seemed like the turbo grafix wasnt built to play games well. Stick with snes and genesis guys :-D

I owned a TG-16 and a few dozen games (still do, actually), and I have to disagree with Mr. Cranky. Gameplay on that system was incredibly smooth. I also strongly disagree with Blake that the Neutopia games are stinkers. Dead wrong. Although they are essentially rip-offs of Zelda, that doesn’t mean they aren’t good games. Neutopia is one you might avoid simply because it only controls in four directions (no diagonals), but Neutopia 2 is probably the best TG-16 game I ever played (if not Parasol Stars). For whatever they’re charging for TG-16 downloads, you can’t go wrong with Neutopia 2. I paid $40-50 for it back in the day, and it was worth every penny.
