Chibi-Robo Park Patrol – review from Hooked Gamers

Thursday, October 11th, 2007 at 3:33pm by David

One of my favorite GameCube titles was the original Chibi-Robo. Now he has a new adventure on DS. I was going to review this game for Infendo, but this excellent (if a little lengthy) review at Hooked Gamers covers everything I would say. They do make an excellent point about the game not being for everyone, but fans of the original Chibi-Robo or Animal Crossing should give it a look.

[Thanks, Falconer!]

When EGM and other magazines give their two-cents I will decide whether to buy this gem or not. I might give this one a try though if the reviews are good, or just to relive the memories of the first game.

I am sure if anyone is a fan of Animal Crossing, they will like Chibi.

Don’t you hate it when someone says something better than you ever could yourself?

(I have yet to read the review)

I just started playing Chibi Robo today(I actually managed to pry myself away maybe 5 minutes ago), and I must say that this game is ADDICTING! At first, it was annoying getting around with a limited battery life, but now that I have a 200 watt charge (as well as a bike and race car), things are really picking up.

I can’t believe how hard it was for me to put the game down. I’d be like “Okay, I’ll water a small patch of flowers then call it a day”, but then some new item would appear in the store, or I’d find something else to do, arg @_@
