Regular Infendo commentator, Andrew-MG, inspired this week’s poll.  In a discussion of the Five Most Anticipated Wii Games of 2008, he said:

My biggest frustration as a Wii owner thusfar is seeing it become my “supplement” to gaming, instead of my meal.

It’s a great statement, but is it true for the rest of you?

During the last installment of Infendo Radio, Scott talked about how much he liked the graphics for Super Mario Galaxy, but he wished that Nintendo had gone to at least 720P with Wii. Of the Wii setups I’ve seen, the majority are hooked up to standard definition TVs and game enjoyment was just as good there as it was on an HD widescreen. What do you think?

Wii has been out for almost a year and it’s still only available in white. From its introduction at E3 2005, there have been several color variations shown by Nintendo, but nothing has been made available for our living rooms. This week, we want to know:

Having recently switched from SD to HD using $6 Wii component cables purchased from a Hong Kong Ebay store, I must say I’m truly impressed with Wii’s visuals. Mario Strikers Charged looks positively gorgeous in 480p wide screen, and I exhort any who can make the jump to do so as soon as your wallet permits. It’s a whole new world.
