Captain Rainbow – gameplay video of first twelve minutes

I’ll admit this:  I love Skip Ltd and the Chibi-Robo games they’ve created for Nintendo to publish.  Watching the Captain Rainbow video above, I want this game bad.  Unfortunately, watching the video above makes me think that this game will NEVER come out in any country besides Japan.  What do you think?
