Are you even remotely interested in Wii Party?

Sorta feels like Wii Play with a $50 price tag. Am I wrong?

I’m looking at it as Mario Party with Miis, which sounds freaking awesome to me!

NO. Im not really into the wii…..thingy line up. I was done at the first wii sports. Im not saying they are terrible they have there place. Just not for me though.

I love the Miis, and usually buy any 1st party game using them, but lack of a decent single player mode pretty much kills this one for me. Looks like a great party game, though.

  4. Verius says:

Looks to me its pretty much a pure party game with Miis instead of Mario characters. It looks fun though

    Not even a little bit.

How dare this game have lots of vibrant colors and appeal to families! Doesn’t Nintendo know who controls the gateway to gaming?!

Anyway, Wii Play is one of the most successful video games of all time. Such a comparison isn’t a bad thing in the slightest.

I’ll get the game when it goes down in price or used. I own all of the “Wii” series, so might as well….

I had no interest until I read this article. Then I thought…huh. Maybe, yes.

  9. Al says:

Not so much. Besides, no one would play with me:( And I don’t think many gamers at all have both parents with the time and desire to sit down and play a party game.

    I can’t wait! 😀

Maybe It comes with a Wiimote.

I got every Wii Series game except for music and chess (and fitPlus) and I am not interested in getting Wii Party at all.

I’m definitely interested in Wii Party.

However, I’ve been dreaming of a new Mario Party for a long time. I’m hesitant to think Wii Party will make up for it, but I will buy it nonetheless and maybe my opinion will change. If there are (hopefully) new Mario Party games in the future, Nd Cube will be the new developer. Several key developers from Hudson apparently work at Nd Cube, which developed Wii Party.

Mario Party games are just as fun when you are playing by yourself. Please let there be a new Mario Party in the near future. I hope that Wii Party is a sure sign.

I’m interested. From what I hear they are doing some really interesting stuff, going beyond the traditional minigame experience. Good be a good way to get friends together, having fun.

i hate the title of this article. “are you EVEN REMOTELY interested in …”

    Very negative and jaded sounding.

I am very interested in it. Looks like a lot more than wii play. And you know what i liked a few of wii plays games a lot so if it delivers more of that i am down.

Mario party 8 sucked so i am looking forward for them to redeem themselves in the party game scene.

Can’t wait to play it with my wife and friends.

I’m looking forward to it. It’s another Mario Party game. My fiance liked MP8, but I didn’t want to buy it because I knew this was coming out. So yeah, this is a must have.

Wii Play was a$10 game that came with a Wiimote, which is the main reason it sold. Had it been alone and sold for $50….I think you know the answer to that one.
