Animal Crossing Nintendo World Store Event

Capture

According to a tweet from the Nintendo World Store, a “Super Cool” Animal Crossing: New Leaf event will be held on June 8th from 9am – 1pm EST.  The Nintendo World Store is located in Rockefeller Center, NY.  Although details of the event have not been announced, just knowing that it will be a “Super Cool” time makes me curious.

Will you be attending the event?  If so, feel free to send us photos of the event, as well as any video you might take.  It just might make its way into a feature article.

Also, to clarify the “fantastic” presentation of the Xbox one.  I believe that some might have interpreted the first sentence incorrectly yesterday:

“Yesterday’s Xbox one reveal was pretty fantastic, compared to the PS4?s lackluster announcement.”

As you can see, more clearly after removing the link to the Xbox One Review, my comment was based on comparing it to the PS4 announcement.  I was strongly disappointed in the PS4 announcement.  It was too ling, and showed us almost nothing but tech demos.  Sure, the Xbox One reveal did not show us a lot, but it was short and sweet, showed actual gameplay a console, and many other (unnecessary) features.  Sure, we didn’t see a lot of games, but E3 is just around the corner.  If you click on the link in the original article, you will find that I was fairly critical of the Xbox One announcement.

Did I think the actual presentation was fantastic?  No.  I did, however, think it was fantastic in comparison to the PS4 presentation.
