Nintendo Spotting: Wii Ticket Prize Edition

This spotting comes from Infendo reader, Mark’s local arcade where you can cash in a whopping 40,000 tickets for a Wii, or 15,000 for a DS. I suppose this is one way of finding a system. I don’t know…that sombrero looks mighty tempting.
Spotted granny playing a heated match of Wii Sports? Find a Triforce on a hubcap? Be sure to send your Nintendo Spottings to tips@infendo.com and your “40 year old man dressed like Tingle” spotting might just make it.

What do you want to bet the tickets have to be won and redeemed on the same visit? No saving up.

Yeah, I work at an arcade of sorts also, and we have a Wii going for 50,000 tickets.
We have a lot of free time behind the redemption desk and have figured that you would need to win approximately 50 tickets per token to even have the cost be reasonable.
We, however, don’t care how long it takes for you to build up the tickets, and even print off vouchers to bring back later if you like. It’s still there, though (but I would bet anything that it’s going to sell before the PS3 that costs 80k tickets).
