Infendo Radio is ready for a new logo!  Design a new Infendo Radio logo that is 500 x 500 pixels and send it along to tips@infendo.com to be entered.  The winner will be chosen by the Infendo Jury Of Champions® and receive a copy of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 for DS.

The logo should be fun, silly, bad-ass, minimalist, or whatever you come up with.  Be creative!  Deadline is Monday, October 5th at Noon Eastern time.  Good luck!

We last left off with Guybrush Treepwood and his self elected first mate as they sail from spinner clay. They are well on their way to finding the elusive ‘La Esponja el Grande’. The one relic that is the cure to the dreaded evil pox that Guybrush has released on the Caribbean.

While out at sea well on their way to their next destination, until Guybrush gets attacked by the ferocious pirate hunter Morgan LeFlay. She tells him that she was hired by the Marquis De Singe to bring him back to Flotsam Island alive so that De Singe can dissect Guybrush and learn the secrets of the Pox.

However, all does not go according to Morgan’s plan as the ship they are on, the Screaming Narwhal, is swallowed by a huge Manatee. (more…)

[Infendo reader and frequent commentor, Instant_Awesome, shares his love of Scribblenauts and food from last weekend.]

I thought you might like to see this. I went to the Phantom Gourmet Food Festival on Saturday, which was an absolute blast. I took it upon myself to simultaneously promote Scribblenauts and make an ass of myself by wearing my rooster hat the entire day.

That’s me with Dan Andelman, the host of the Phantom Gourmet. When I asked him if I could get a photo with him, he responded with “I want a photo with YOU!”

It was a great day, the food was incredible, and everyone loved the hat. I even heard a few people yell out “Scribblenauts!” while I was walking around, which was hilarious.

As if we weren’t just talking about horrible Wii accessories, StarWarsShop.com just went and unveiled an awkward, yet officially licensed sensor bar holder.  If the Wii-remote is the hilt of your lightsaber, I guess the Wii sensor bar would be the blade – this odd little licensed lightsaber IR light emitter holder will set you back $50, a full forth of the price of a Wii console.  Check out this amazing list of features: (more…)

Bam! Kapow! has compiled their list of favorite NES intros, and I have to agree with their No. 1 pick, Ninja Gaiden. I remember cycling through the thing several times by hitting the reset button—it’s that awesome. What’s your favorite NES intro?

After taking the Molentary Express to Minneapolis and Miami, Professor Layton will be making a stop in Boston today.  Check out his site for clues to the Professor’s whereabouts starting at 10AM Eastern time.  I’m hoping to find him, too, so will I be bumping into any Beantown Infendo readers today?  The good Professor’s train must be wicked fast since he’ll be showing up tomorrow, Wednesday the 30th, in Seattle.

Ever since the Wii was released third party attachment and peripheral makers have been having a field day. If it’ll attach to your Wii remote, it’ll sell. If it’ll make you feel like the hero in the game while simultaneously making people question your mental faculties, it’s a hot item in the minds of third party peripheral and attachment makers.
