Has it really been a year already Sonic? Today marks your 18th Birthday, bringing you closer to what would seem like a great opportunity for Sega to release a best of 20th anniversary collection.
I know it’s been hard lately, you had a few rough years, but we still beleave in your speed. You may have lost some of it in Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games, but we know you were just making it an even game for Mario. We all still love you though, as much as a gamer could love an imaginary Blue Hedgehog. Happy Birthday Sonic, Here’s a Chili-Cheese Dog for you!

PLEASE just let sonic rest in peace. The franchise is completely worthless. It’s a mario rippoff from a system that was a NES ripoff. I don’t know how the franchise still has any kind of popularity. The games are almost unplayable. Most people agree that the last sonic game with any value was on the SEGA GENESIS 15 years ago. Let’s do the humane thing and pull the plug.

Sorry about the negativity, but I never understood how Sonic could fill the void of a Mario game. My sega genesis was for NBA JAM.

I hate all this “SONIC SUX LOL” crap someone brings up every time he’s mentioned. Sorry if I (and many other people) like Sonic games. It’s quite clear that the last time you played a Sonic game WAS 15 years ago.
Sonic Adventure 2 on gamecube was IMO much better than Sunshine and Sonic Rush and Rush 2 are IMO better than any other DS platformer. Sonic 3&K and Super Mario World are continuously battling each other for equal space in my heart. and I’m a HUGE mario fan, btw.
anyways. Speaking of olympic games, I can’t wait for Winter Olympics with Mario and Sonic. It’s looking to be the reason I own a balance board lol. Hopefully it’ll include WM+ support.
